CHECKING
Access your money whenever you choose with
the convenience of a Perry Point FCU checking account. Unlike
many bank checking accounts, our account requires no minimum
balance and has no monthly or per-check fees. There is no
limit to the number of checks you can write each month or
to the amount of money you can deposit or withdraw (subject
to available funds).
We’ll mail you a monthly statement showing all of the
transactions on your account to help you manage your money.
You can also view your account statement using our secure Online Account Manager. When you open a checking account with us, we’ll even
provide your first 50 checks free of charge. After that, you
can purchase low-cost checks by selecting from our wide variety
of styles. All our checks have a carbonless copy that is produced
every time you write a check. You keep the copy to reconcile
with your monthly statement since we don’t send processed
(paid) checks to you. The copies are very helpful if you forget to
record a check in your checkbook register. With our Online Account Manager, you can view and print a copy of your processed check anytime at no charge. If you need us to provide you with a copy
of a processed check, they are available for a fee
of $5 each.
When you make automatic deposits into your checking account
by direct deposit or payroll deduction and use our ATM or
debit card, you don’t even have to come to the Credit
Union office. With our ATM or debit card, you can withdraw
money from any automatic teller machine on the Allpoint, Star
or Cirrus networks. If you use one of the more than 32,000
Allpoint ATMs nationwide, you'll not have to pay a surcharge
fee for your withdrawal. (To find an Allpoint ATM near you,

this page and click GO.) You can also obtain a withdrawal without a surcharge at ATMs in Wawa and Sheetz convenience stores. For more information about our ATM

OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGe AND OVERDRAFT PROTECTION
Overdraw Your Account? We've Got You
Covered...
We offer two ways
to help you avoid the embarrassment and expense of bouncing
a check - Overdraft Privilege and Overdraft Protection. With
Overdraft Privilege, if a check comes in but there are not
enough funds in your checking account to pay it, we’ll
cover the check and allow your account balance to go negative
up to $500 including fees. The standard non-sufficient fund
fee of $25 per check will be charged to your checking account
should an overdraft occur. This service is available to eligible
members automatically. You'll be notified when you're eligible.

a copy of our Discretionary Overdraft Privilege Policy.
With our optional Overdraft Protection
program, we'll transfer enough money from available funds
in your savings account to pay any check that comes in without
sufficient funds in your checking account to pay it. There's a fee of $5 for each Overdraft Protection transfer. This
option is available upon request and will require that you
sign an authorization before it is activated. If you sign
up for Overdraft Protection, it will become the primary method
of covering overdrafts. Only when you have depleted the funds
in your savings account will Overdraft Privilege be activated.
Both overdraft
programs are simple and convenient - and best of all, there
are no monthly fees. You only pay for the services when and
